For over twenty-five years I worked in fintech as a senior support data analyst: finding the fault behind the symptom, the pattern behind the numbers, and the calm in a room where something has just gone wrong.

My sight is deteriorating, so I am moving away from the screen and towards work where listening, reasoning and judgement matter more: strategy, process auditing, and the sensible use of AI.

What I am looking for is close to home — within cycling distance of Stiens — at organisations that work on Frisian culture, history or nature. Part-time is fine; thinking before building matters more.
